        Terrible customer service

        My family and I went for passport services. We waited 40 minutes past our appointment time, had terrible customer service from Nancy, took over 45 minutes even with all the correct and proper documentation. Would not recommend them for passport service! Take time off work and go elsewhere, you won't regret it!
