Horrible customer servicE. Not everyone is comfortable talking about all their finances and these people dont care. Went in to get info, took my report and income information and they didnt bother to look or amswer questions, said I need to apply ( i was avoiding a hard inquiry reason why i took the report) and that they all kinds of credit. The women there were rude, especially the assistant manager. I would be talking and she would get up without even saying excuse me. Well they ran my credit, didnt tell me they were, I thought they just wanted the info, got up, went to some guy, came back and said sorry we cant approve you, have a good day. so now im stuck with another hard inquiry. Do not go there! If people at least had manners or were honest. I took my report. Its their job to know whether something can be done or not. Theyre "experts". horrible service.
