Southwest Orthopaedic Surgery Specialists

I was referred to this office by my Primary Dr. I went in last Friday September 23, 2016, before we walked in a patient exiting the office warned us of a very long wait. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30am, I was not taken back till 11:30am, then I waited another 45 minutes in the room for Dr. Today is Tuesday, I started calling at 8:15 this morning as I have to schedule my knee surgery, I was told both women who schedule surgeries were in with patients ? Then called an hr. after, same thing. Again I called at 11:20am, the very rude receptionist told me they had 48 to 72 hrs. to call patients back. The three times I called the receptionists were very rude, I have never dealt with anyone as rude as these girls. My surgeon told me on Friday I needed to schedule the surgery really soon, now how can I if they don't call me back.

My cab dropped me off at a different office and they came and took me by wheelchair to their location staff and nurses great job

My new ankle works great, and I'm back to my old activities.I had a very serious ankle injury a few years ago that resulted in permanent ankle damage. My regular doctor suggested physical therapy to help me regain the ability to walk, but I still had trouble. I did a bit of research and heard about ankle joint replacement. Southwest Orthopaedic Surgery Specialists are really the experts when it comes to foot and ankle surgery. After the surgery, I had a few months of rehabilitation. My ankle joint replacement was well worth it, because the pain is gone and I'm back to walking and even hiking.I recommend Southwest Orthopaedic Surgery Specialists to anyone who needs ankle or foot surgery. The doctors are skilled surgeons who really know what they are doing. The staff are also a bunch of great folks.

From: Tucson-Athleete (12/08/2007) Results of a CAT scan caused a referral to Dr. Cheleuitte at Southwest Orthopaedic Surgery Specialists. I am an avid hiker and swimmer. Dr. Cheleuitte advised an MRI that led to a diagnosis of a ruptured foot tendon. He performed a successful operation in which my tendon was reconstructed. After surgery, I used a wheelchair, then crutches for a while, to stay off the foot. My foot and the tendon healed well. Today, I again enjoy hiking and swimming, all without pain. I'm happy with the bedside manner of Dr. Cheleuitte. He is a great orthopedic surgeon and a very caring person.
