Can't thank Pool Hawk enough for giving me honest advice in trouble shooting my pool pump, filter and vacuum issue over the phone. During his site visit, Dan was not at all condescending in educating me about pool maintenance and how my pool equipment works in tandem with each other. He was patient in teaching me about the different knobs and switches regarding the plumbing set up as well. I feel that he works for my best interest and not just for the dollar. I will not go anywhere else for pool repair and maintenance.

Any monkey can put chemicals in a pool, clean a skimmer and sweep up debris; but I wanted an expert who could revive and upgrade an old system. That's Dan at Pool Hawk. He is also pre-emptive, which I love. He points out small problems to me that I would never notice and explains the work that's needed. My pool had some rust spots and I noticed the plaster was looking really bad. Dan’s crew came out and turned my pool into something I am now proud of. The first crew came out and chipped out all the old plaster. The second crew came out and tiled the pool and clean up all the bad spots. The 3rd crew came in and got it plastered in 1/2 a day. Last but not least the last crew came in and made sure the water was clean and chemical levels good to go. I would certainly recommend Dan at Pool Hawk to any of my friends. Dan Pool Hawk was super responsive, very clear and honest about what needed to be done to repair a couple leaks in our pump system, and jumped on the job right away once we approved. His work was thorough, his follow-up was great and his prices were reasonable. Highly recommend!

For years, we "used to" have the best pool man ever but the good times ended when he moved out if state. We went through 3 - 4 others before meeting Dan from Pool Hawk. He has taken over the title. He is knowledgeable, in both mechanical's and chemicals. He is easy to work with and will go that extra mile to keep your pool the way you expect it to be. Pool Hawk is great! He diagnosed the issue with our pool quickly, ordered the needed parts (which he had to special order) and came on time to do the repair/ Replacement. When he went to remove the items needing repair he discovered that there was as loose wires causing our issue, corrected the problem and didn't charge us a dime. There are many dishonest people out there and he could have easily replaced what wasn't broken to make a quick buck but he didn't. Great integrity and if I wasn't selling my house I would use him for any and all pool needs. I would easily recommend him to anyone with a pool need.

Pool Hawk came out to replace my pool motor and did a great job! He was on time and finished in under an hour. He took all of the trash and old tank with him and didn't leave any mess behind. Super nice guy and knew his job very well. Highly recommended!

DO NOT USE. Not a licensed contractor. Installed wrong pump! Never painted pipes. Took him 3 weeks to get pump running, then nothing still worked right! He then charged to clean filter and salt cell, but NEVER cleaned them!! New real pool people have said pump is bad due to faulty installation, had to pay for filters to be cleaned again. Complete waste of $1100!!

We had a fantastic experience working with Dan at Pool Hawk. They re-plastered and re-tiled our entire pool and turned it into a real showcase for our backyard!
Our previous pool had become discolored and sorely needed an upgrade. Dan came out and gave us a great quote. His team was very efficient and was able to get the job done in a very short time.
Dan was responsive when it came to any updates or questions.
Not only did they redo the pool plaster with mini-pebble stones and new tile, they also installed a water auto-fill, skimmer and new pump-motor.

Thank you! From the time I dialed their number to the end of the job, everything was easy and great. I needed my calcium build up removed. Dan showed up early, worked fast and efficient and did a great job. The water line tile grout job turned out great, the tile looks brand new and the spa overall looks like it was just built yesterday. I could not get the water right in my pool for the life of me. All I was doing was creating a cesspool. The more chemicals I dumped in the worse it got. I called Pool Hawk and now my pool sparkles. Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and let the professionals take over.
