Payless Moving

WORST MOVE OF MY LIFE!! Owner is all about excuses, pointing fingers elsewhere & justifying why they aren't responsible for ANYTHING. (1) They estimated 8 hours of labor but took over 18 hours; (2) they stole multiple items from us; (3) they damaged or broke numerous items; etc. YOU MAY THINK YOU'RE GOING TO SAVE MONEY BY USING THIS COMPANY BUT YOU'LL PAY TWICE AS MUCH BY THE END OF YOUR MOVE & REPLACING ALL OF YOUR DESTROYED / DAMAGED / BROKEN ITEMS!! Oh, by the way, this is a family owned company and all the expert movers are a bunch of teenagers. If you insist on using them, make sure you micro-manage EVERYTHING. They wont follow any of your instructions, dont take any care with what they are packing/moving and they will hang out chatting and doing nothing every time you turn your back.I guarantee that any reply from owner will be more of the same: justifying, taking no responsibility and placing blame on everyone but her company & staff.

They were late in about 2 hours . did o.k. job , broke a mirror and ripped the side of the coach. learned my lesson will never call them again.you get what you pay for ...

I was concerned about the quality of work I would recieve with such low rates, but to my suprise the work was excellent and the crew was professional and they provided very quality work. Will reccomend them to others. Pleasure to know they also provide cleaning services which was usefull to me as well.

These people showed up on time, their price was the lowest in town, the workers were very professional, and they took good care of my furniture without charging me extra for general moving equipment. I am so glad that I chose this company and will recommend them to anyone I know that is moving.
