Worst customer service ever! We bought a swap cooler and paid for it to be installed. We had problems from the get go.The subcontractor came out and gave us a quote. We paid and a week went by, we never heard back from them. After numerous calls and no return calls, installers showed up. The swamp cooler was installed wrong with faulty wiring. We call and talked to the manager who told us he would have the subcontractor call, who never called us back. After days in the heat, we fixed it ourselves. The manager promised us a refund on the installation. We never received a refund and got the run around. The manager said we had to deal with the subcontractor, who never called us back. Finally the installer (not the sub-contractor) came over. He ended up yelling so loud it gave my kids nightmares. The manager kept promising us a refund but always had an excuse why he couldn't issue one. customer service is a joke. They don't care about their customers & don't stand behind their work.
