Over priced! Cares more about the money then the pet and hides behind "good medicine" Arrogant staff from doctor to so called supervisor technician, and the administrator is just plain rude. They seem to think if they charge exorbitant amounts that people will be fooled into thinking they are the best, when they are mediocre. The hospital is beautiful, the receptionist and other support staff are wonderful. But the three in charge bring it all crashing down with their noses so high in the air. The doctor is knowledgeable and tricky. Very dissatisfied once I had the chance to check out others I would definitely go elsewhere for better care at a more reasonable rate. Shop around and find the right doctor with the right staff who will give you what you pay for and not just talk you into medicine with scare tactics. I found other veterinarians care more about the patient and will do all it takes without the gouge. Sincerely, Heartbroken and robbed
