Overall
Millennium Motors, also known ...

Millennium Motors, also known as Y2K Motors hired me to repair their computer. I worked over the weekend to return the computer for business on Monday morning. Mike Begurski, the owner, complained about my very nominal charge but promised to send me a check the next day. It has been a week and payment has not been received and he does not return calls. I recommend NOT doing business with this company.

Mr. Howard Skolnik took possession of our company computer and held it for approximately one week; during which time he reverted the computer to an older operating system. With the repairs that Mr. Skolnik completed the computer began running slowly and as such we subsequently we had to hire a professional computer expert to repair the damage done by Mr. Howard Skolnik. Originally Mr.Skolnik estimated repair costs to require no more than 2 hours of labor and possibly $50 for software expenses, bringing our estimate to approximately $125-175. Mr. Skolnik never called to inform us that the charges would exceed his original estimate. The final bill from Mr. Skolnik totaled $300, which we did not consider nominal as a decent new computer can be purchased for only slightly more than Mr. Skolnik billed us. Due to our dissatisfaction with the services provided by Mr. Skolnik we did not feel that charges were appropriate and should not have been paid in full, we did, however, pay him in a timely manner. The person who recommended Mr. Skolnik for computer repairs to our company was Mr. Shelby Siverman; upon being informed of the damage done to our computer, Mr. Silverman insisted on refunding our expense personally. (And we accepted.)
