I had a recent technician Ryan Moyle from Tucson come down to Sierra Vista for our initial service. He was very thorough, spending over 2 hours conducting this service and made sure he treated in spots I never would have guessed. Our technician pointed out a few areas of concern and walked me through what he’d done to rid the problem. Then he reassured me if I had any further problems to give him a call and he’d be right out. Great customer service and since using GreenShield I’ve not had any problems.

We had the best experience we could ask for. Our technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the service we received from Jazelle and look forward to more great service in the future.

We started using Greenshield when we moved into our new home 4 months ago. This company is amazing and so is our tech, Mike Midkiff. He is always courteous and friendly, and thoroughly explains the treatments, how they work, etc. We missed getting the inside of our home treated last time, as we were not home when Mike came to treat the outside, so when my husband found a scorpion in the house the other day I called to see if Mike could come back out to spray the inside. They set it up very quickly and accommodated our schedule so Mike came by right after we got home from work and not only treated the inside, but also sprayed the rocks in our backyard again. ALL AT NO CHARGE. We've used several pest control companies over the years and are so glad we found Greenshield. I will never use another company, and hope Mike will be our tech for a long time. Customer service exceeds expectations every time. Thanks Mike!

I am so pleased with the service we have received from Green Shield Pest Control! I did my research when looking for a pest control company, and Green Shield was one of the very few that guaranteed their work against spiders (which are my arch nemesis). Marquise Atencio is our service technician and we cannot say enough good things about him. He's very attentive to listening to the issues we have around our property and very good at giving me all the options on how we can treat something. Before he leaves he always shows me what he's done and where while explaining the process too. He's very adamant about making sure we're happy (and we are!) and that we're in the know about our service. He's always available to be reached if we have questions at any time which is great! I cannot recommend him enough- nice guy and someone I was totally comfortable with having in and around my home (we've been with other companies where that was NOT the case). Our experience with Marquise and Green Shield have always been positive- we're happy customers and look forward to being for a long time to come!

Jeri and Cody have been the technicians that have treated my home. Both are very thorough, take the time to explain their process, and the results - a bug free, insect free home inside and out.

I have chemical sensitivities - and this is the only company that services Sierra Vista that is as "green" as it can get, but yet take care of the pests - despite our abnormally intense ant activity. I'm in new construction, so the activity is high - one treatment and the death toll was high. :) The 30 day re-apply didn't need much - even saw the proof that the friendly new lizard resident was not killed - It did get stuck in one of the garage sticky traps, but our regular, Marquise, was very compassionate and showed me how to remove it without injury using oil. I was warned when they were coming and reassured of ways to ensure that I could be there (or not) when they arrived.

Marquise and the original "sales" representative were professional, very courteous, and thorough - and put up with all of my many questions with pleasure. I did have a misconception - probably due to my lack of sleep (new move-in). I was under the impression that the 30 day re-apply was gratis/free - included in the original spray, but understand the need to charge that. :) I didn't realize that it was a full re-treatment - I did know that it was for eggs and such. Still, despite the specialty green application this is the same price that I was paying 5 years ago in Washington State (western) for; I believe; the same treatment level. - I like their contractual options too - we plan to stay, so why not commit to a bit longer and get the best deal. :)

We love Greenshield wouldn't use anyone else . We have been using them for almost 4 years now and they are always professional and answer any questions we have and work with our crazy schedule without hesitation . We had Mike which was awesome for the last year or so . We now have Marquise he was great also it was his first time coming but he was very friendly and took his time around the house and informed me about a insect he found and researched it with the company . Which is above and beyond doing your job in my opinion .

Mike Palmer answered all my questions and was thorough. We are looking forward to not seeing any more scorpions or spiders in the house!

I tried to leave a review on Google but it froze up. Cody is the best service technician that I have experienced with the last seven months with Green Shield. Today he explained the markers for black widow spiders and mice. So glad to him servicing my home - I feel I can ask any question and he will take the time to respond.

Phillip was really helpful and great at giving a thorough explanation of the whole process. We haven't had any issues with any pests since our first service. I'm SO glad I saw their service truck at another house in our neighborhood and took down the number. Truly a great service all around.

Had a scorpion issue in our house. Called Green Shield and Mike Plamer was our technician. He was so good he came out that SAME day later that evening for us. He understood the urgency we were feeling about these bugs. Mike Palmer was prompt and through with his service treatment. He asked questions and addressed issues we never thought of. He also set us up for easy pay so that its all scheduled and we don't have to worry. He also set our treatments up on a schedule and one that worker for US not just the company!!! I am recommend Mike Plamer and Green Shield to every one I know! Thank you Green Shield!

Dyllon is the best technician from any pest control company we have ever had. Since moving to Arizona from Washington State, we have never seen black widows or scorpions before and Dyllon explained what they were and how Greenshield protects us from these pests. We will continue to use Greenshield soley because of Dyllons expertise!
