One score ago, two brothers homebrewing in the bleak mid-winter of Michigan spun the threads of a dream. But the choicest hops, toasted grains and spring waters would not alone buoy the vessel. They also embarked on an unrelenting quest for quality food and beverage in a comfortable environment. Thoughtful architecture enlivens our reality while nourishing our spirits and mental well-being. Now more than ever, comfortable public spaces for human connection are a necessity, not a luxury. Brothers Mark and Eric Erman continue to stretch the limits of expansive mindset and dream state to guide their quest, which most recently developed into a Portal to another dimension.
