Everyone experiences challenges and stress in their lives. We will work together to overcome these challenges. I understand that most people are hesitant to seek therapy. Therefore, I strive to provide a safe and positive environment because our therapeutic relationship is of the utmost importance. Additionally, I use evidenced based techniques that are proven to be successful with most presenting problems. I tailor my approach based on your unique needs and goals. If you do not see positive change in the first few sessions we will reevaluate our treatment plan.
