I would like to thank the koolsmiles staff for doing a wonderful job with my boys. Thank you Katherine,Michelle and Valeria for helping with the hyg and Celeste and Dr. Nielsen for doing same day treatment on my son.

I took my daughter there for her very first dentist appointment. They were very nice, and very helpful.

I had an amazing time at this location, they are very kind and vet thorough with there work, Katherine RDH, Edna RDH, Dr. Shin are the ones who worked on me mainly and they did an amazing job. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone

We're pleased with the care we get at Kool Smiles. My kids are older and don't have the issues younger kids have with dentists. With that being said, the kids appreciate the professional approach. They get seen promptly, painlessly, and get what they need done in an efficient manner. It helps the dentist is technical and acts in a professional manner. I find this approach inspires confidence in the patient and parent. The support staff is nice and professional. As a parent and customer I appreciate this. Some would say the office is like a commercial business lacking that folksy I- know-everything-about-the-patient-outside- of-dentistry philosophy. Well, it is. It's no mom and pop private practice. This is not a bad thing. I had that kind of dentist before and found their treatment lacking. Not the case with Kool Smiles at all. They do an awesome job and I like the professionalism. The staff is not like your BFF, but they are super nice and customer centered. That is fine with us, the end product, professionalism is all that matters; moms and dads can do the dentist emotional support thing with skittish patients. I am very pleased with Kool Smiles. The office is proficient, priced competitively, customer centered, and does a great job.
