The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their selection of pistols and revolvers is pretty good and they have other necessary accessories. I've purchased a Surefire flashlight and a maxpedition tactical bag from here. The flashlight broke about a week later and DPS Co. replaced it without any hassle. I almost feel like the staff here are my friends by the service here. I would recommend this business more than any other one in Tucson.

I am a 30 Army retiree with 20 years in Special Forces. I met the owner when he first opened about 15 years ago while I was still on active duty. After I retired, I opened my own gun store for about two years. Diamondback has evolved into an excellent store over the years and carries pretty much anything you'd want in stock. Other than when I had my own store, I have bought all of my guns through Diamondback. I've traded a few along the way with excellent results. I highly recommend Diamondback to all of my friends.

In the last few years, I've made a few purchases from Diamondback. I bought a duty holster, a pistol and a shotgun. I also had some night sights put on a pistol there. They installed them for nothing - not that it was a huge job, but still. They give LE and Military discounts. Their prices are usually (not always) just under any other gun shop in town. Not enough to make it worth while driving across town for, if price is your only concern. There's two reasons I keep going back. First, the service is good. I've never had to wait around to be helped, at least not without being able to plainly see why I had to wait. Second, Doug, the owner, is the one that refused to sell Mark Kelly a rifle, after he publicly revealed that he was only buying it to make a point about gun control laws. I highly recommend the place to anyone.

The best service I received from any Tucson gun shop. I been to every Tuson dealer in Tuson in the past five years. Diamondback provide me constant cusomter service as evidenced by Kevin the gunsmith and Wade, Sales who solved my problems, and gave me excellent advice when ask to do so. During the past three years Diamond back proived me outstanding service. They concern for the customer is above the rest. My purchases are small and large and handled in most professional manner. My gun smith requirements are complex, but quickly and expertly resolved.
