Crown Villas Apartments

I just moved into a studio here and couldn't be happier with it. I used padmapper to check out studios all around the area and couldn't find a better deal or location. Terry made the move-in process great, even meeting me after hours to give me the keys. On moving in I found the apt to be spotless and in generally excellent condition, as is the rest of the property. Terry has also helped me out by receiving packages delivered and then putting them in my apartment for me while I was at work! What other apartment would provide that kind of customer service? Every guest I've had over has said 'wow, I need to look into this place'. From the clean pool and 24-hour laundry mat, to the caring management, I've been at Crown Villas for a month now and can tell you it's been nothing but a positive experience.

I have lived here for over a year now. I was real excited when they did the refurbishing. It seemed like they had cleaned out all the criminals that lived here too. That lasted a very short time. Since the refurbishing was done the management has let all kinds of trash in here. Dudes with there pants down around there but. Fools with pot smoke coming out of there doors. I even seen some people that look homeless come and ask me for beer and they live here!! This place is like the ghetto or projects or something. Whatever you do do not come and live here. YOu will get robbed or you will stuff will get stolen or vandalized.

I signed a one year lease at this complex and moved in. I chose the complex as it seemed like a peaceful place and all the units had been totally referbished and only 30% occupied. Since I moved in a few months ago the manager of the complex saw fit to allow crack addicts, pot heads and all sorts of unsavory charaters to become residents here. I have also had to deal with other residents coming up to me and asking me for money. Also, one of the girls that works in the front office looks like she is a crack head. I have watched the quality of the complex plummet virtually overnight! I cannot wait until my lease expires.
