Copper Rose Community Management

This company abides in and encourages stealing. They are so very nice when you are shopping for a management company for your association, then when they have established themselves, they do NOT follow through with the promises made. Very rude to the homeowners not on the board. They are totally insensitive to your concerns and are very unprofessional. They interrupt and verbally abused. I would not recommend them.

Cat the agent who is,assigned to our association is unprofessional, rude, and,condesending. Char the owner is lax in following g up on complaints....a response can take 3 weeks to 6 weeks. My issue is that Cat treats homeowners like perps and the owner Char is unsympathetic. I will push for a change in proper management. at the next homeownets association. My adopted daughter who is,now in her 20'ies. Moved back home from out of state and parked her car on the street, with all the changes in her life she and I did not notice her car tags were expired....this is clearly a city issue not an association issue unless the car was parked on my property. I got a letter and was threatened with fines. We offered to park the vehicle in my drive and promptly correct the,situation with the city. But situation declined due to the poor treatment of Copperrose Community Management.

My husband and I have lived in Pantano townhomes 1 for about 17 years and each year I have seen a decline in how the property is kept. This year we paid our dues for the entire year but it was a big mistake. For the last 3 1/2 weeks I have been trying to get Char who manages this property to answer our calls . The hedge in the front of my house has grown so big it is almost difficult to get into the door. The hedge in front of my window is so big the water people cannot get to the meter to read it. As a result our water bill has been the same for the past 3 months. The hedges in front of my window has grown into the other hedges making it difficult to get my trash cans Since no one seems to care IF THIS MATTER IS NOT TAKEN CARE OF BY THE END OF THE WEEK I WANT A REFUND FOR AUGUST - DECEMBER I WILL PAY MONTH TO MONTH. IF THIS MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED I WILL HAVE TO SEEK ANOTHER WAY TO HAVE IT DONE I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY TO ANYONE.
