Caliber is charging me over $3, 000 in repairs and things that are missing. When my MOVE IN WALK through clearly states all the things they are charging me for! I cant tell you how many time we called the Tucson office an always got the run around. Then we would call back and the person we talk to before was fired?! So there was no record (they say) of any of our previous repair calls . Took me 3 mths to get a new frig. 6 mths to get a new ac unit. Oh did I mention their charging me for filter and pads that I HAD TO BIY AND PUT IN MY COOLER AND HEATER!. THEsliding glass door has been broke the whole time we live there . Coumdnt open or close it without using your whole bodt wieght, my 100 pound daughter had to have stitches in her hand because she tried to close it and her hand slipped right into the handle an cut it. The door was finally repaired a few wks before we moved out but the door still doesnt lock!! I even got ahold of the owner to complain to her about this company.im so glad I saved my move in sheet.....! They probably lost that too. The place was filthy when we moved in. Needed paint. Blinds broken. No screens. U name it. Cieling fans falling off the cieling. They had 30 days when I gave them a small list of things that neede to be done. 30 days!!!!! Was NOT DONE. NOW THEY ARE CHARGING ME?! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY STAY AWAY!!!

I usually do not write review, but feel it is necessary so other people do not use this company. This is the worst management company in Arizona. We own a house they manage and they have done absolutely nothing for us. All they do is collect their fee each month and provide no other services for the owner or renter. The people with the company are rude, not educated, and not helpful. They do whatever they can to not talk or deal with their customers. Payments from the company to the owners are late every month, even though our tenant pays on time. Staff tuns over every month, so you never work with the same person. Nothing has changed with the company since Caliber took over GoldenWest, they are still terrible. Find another company!

ATTENTION PROPERTY OWNERS AND PROSPECTIVE TENANTS!! DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH GOLDENWEST MANAGEMENT (PHOENIX, SAN DIEGO AREA, & LAS VEGAS) OR CALIBER REALTY/CALIBER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (A CLONE OF GOLDENWEST MANAGEMENT IN TUCSON)!!

The owner Jayson Yoss previously wrote his own company a 5 STAR Yelp review (which Yelp promptly deleted for violating their Terms of Service or Content Guidelines) and here on YP (04/23/2012) and still visible on GWM's Phoenix page. He also directed his Office Managers to solicit reviews from clients. UNETHICAL! Worse than that is saying that GoldenWest Management's Office in Tucson is CLOSED to try to escape the bad reviews, only to change the name to CALIBER REALTY/ PROPERTY MANAGEMENT with the SAME ADDRESS, SUITE #, & TELEPHONE #!!! REALLY UNETHICAL!! WOW! He must think people are stupid. Yes he is a piece of work. I'd use a different four letter word but this is a G-rated review. I wish I would have read the agreement more closely. I had to learn the hard way. It' scary to realize that they operate in THREE STATES (Arizona, California, & Nevada). The owner is more interested in COLLECTING FEES than providing customer service or protecting his client's property investments. We are property owners (Landlords). He likes to blame bad reviews on unhappy tenants. Happy Tenants make for Happy Landlords and, judging by the reviews, this company has neither. His company doesn't care how long it takes to get a property rented because, once it's initially rented, they will continue to collect monthly management FEES regardless of occupancy status. The Landlord has to pay a commission FEE to the Realtor who refers the tenant to the company not to mention a $295 Initial Admin FEE. Try to cancel the agreement when a lease is in effect and you'll pay monthly management FEES for the remaining lease term. The Management Agreement also states that "Manager shall be entitled to collect and keep as compensation all miscellaneous fines and fees from Tenant to include but not limited to late, multiple checks, administration, pet and non-sufficient funds fees". Therefore they have a financial incentive to seek out tenants that have pets because they charge the tenant $250 per pet as a non-refundable PET FEE. The more pets the merrier!! It's PURE 100% PROFIT to the management company. It doesn't go to the Landlord who may experience pet damage at his property. If a tenant is late paying rent and the bank charges a late fee because the Landlord's mortgage payment is late, the management company gets the tenant's LATE FEE! The Landlord has to pay the bank fee himself. So you probably realize that the theme of this review is FEES, FEES, AND MORE FEES.

TENANT OR LANDLORD--THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE. SAVE YOURSELF SOME GRIEF AND STEER CLEAR OF GOLDENWEST MANAGEMENT (PHOENIX, SAN DIEGO AREA, & LAS VEGAS) OR CALIBER REALTY/CALIBER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (A CLONE OF GOLDENWEST MANAGEMENT IN TUCSON)!!
