Caffe Milano

I took a group of ten family members out for dinner at the restaurant on a Saturday evening, including my parents visiting from England. The restaurant was pretty empty, but we have had pleasant meals there previously so was confident of a good evening. Unfortunately we ended up with the rudest waitress I believe I have ever encountered. Due to her complete inability to carry out her job, food came out incorrectly, orders were missed and she even disputed what the members of our party had ordered! Our favorite comment of the evening from the waitress was when one member of our party did not receive his main course when everybody else did, her response - "well there is only one person in the kitchen cooking all of this!". If the restaurant cannot cope with large tables, they should not accept them!



I ordered the seafood pasta, of which most of the seafood was inedible, a number of others commented that the veal and chicken were overcooked. Shame to see the quality of this restaurant deteriorate. After spending over $360 on the meal, and receiving such lame service and average food, I will not be returning.
