Beautiwerx Hair & Nail Salon

Set up a special session for my wedding. My bridesmaids and I had an amazing and relaxing time. They were able to get us all done beautifully with time to spare! Thank you Ladies for helping to make this a special day!

There is nothing relaxing at this place. They had a radio station that was not tuned in properly. Rebecca cleaned the tub right after finishing the pedicure and I was still seating on the chair. She used tilex which has bleach, why would I want to smell that ? The products used were less than desired. Some sort of pachouli which could not get rid of for hours. She then asked me to walk to the nail station, I was trying to put my sandals on and she asked me not to do it because it will ruin the toenails, well why would I want to walk barefoot in a dirty floor? I wish I would have never bought the groupon, I went to get a relaxing experience and got out more stressed out than ever and with a headache due to the smell.

I purchased a groupon for nail services and couldn't believe the experience I had. I arrived on time for my appointment and the girl at the desk told me I had to wait because the nail tech (Rebecca Tiah) wasn't there yet. About 15 minutes passed and the salon phone rang. Then the girl at the desk told me the tech would be another 20-25 minutes. I was shocked I would have to wait over 40 minutes for my appointment and asked if I could reschedule because I had to be at work soon after. The desk girl refused to help me and said I had to call Rebecca directly. When I told her I wanted to come back tomorrow she tried to convince me to wait for her insisting it would only be another 20 minutes or so. She was extremely hesitant to let me reschedule stating that I was her only morning appointment and she was only coming in for me. After making me feel like I was at fault for her not being anywhere near on time for our appointment she finally allowed me to reschedule. At this point I was totally over it. I've never experienced such terrible customer service. If you are the business professional and you require appointments with clients you are responsible for keeping those appointments. I will never return here and tell everyone I know to stay away. I also got my refund from groupon because they do not approve of business being conducted so poorly. Now I will return to my regular nail place which is great - precious nails on wrightstown and pantano - if you are interested.

best place ever had such a good time the lady's were very nice and welcoming felt like a small town salon. i live in serra vista and i will make the drive to come to them again

A Beautiwerx salon is my favorite ..... and I've lived in Tucson over 20 years and tried many places to find the look I want at the price I want too. I've been going to Beautiwerx for years and think the quality of stylists is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxing and spa-like, and there is a general friendliness bewteen everyone that is just nice to be around when it's time to take time for yourself. Thank you, Michelle S. for keeping me looking great for all these years!
