I simply like the fact that there is a small business that can compete with the big box stores. Prices are decent and not over rated like the big box stores. The one thing that I would like to add to possibly improve business is find a way to reduce the turn around time from 5 to 7 days to something less. 3 to 5 days consistently would probably do better. Thank you Guru and team!!

Whenever I have a computer problem I go to Computer Guru and I've told all my friends about them. They know their stuff and I've always gotten the one-on-one attention you don't get from the bigger stores. In most instances all I have to do is call them and they tell me how to fix my problems over the phone (thank you guys, you've been very helpful!) When my son got a virus I brought his computer to them and they were able to get it up and running again the next day. We listen to their radio show as well and we've really learned a lot - so thanks again guys!

Internet Access

After two weeks of bad advice, I went to DEX and looked up computer repair in Tucson and found the GURU! I was unable to access the internet after a power outage in my neighborhood. HP said I need to spend boocoo bucks for a new warranty, Qwest said I needed a new ethernet cord and Computer Renaissance said come on in and drop $40.00 to say hello and then we'll fix it for an additional cost.######Not Mike at Arizona Computer Guru. He listened to my explanation of the problem over the phone and said to disconnect the USB cord from the modem (although it had been connected prior to the power outage) and you should be able to get internet access because the modem was sending mixed messages to the desktop with my high speed internet access. ######Poof!!!!! I'm back on the internet thanks to Mike. He didn't charge me a thin dime. I'll request his services in the future and give him as a reference to my neighbors/co-workers. Give him a chance and he'll produce.######Thanks Mike.

A happy student and a happy computer!

I am a student at the U of A and my computer's been giving me trouble for a while now - I was about to just throw it out the window actually. Anyway, I took the time to register for dex online just so I could tell everyone what a great experience I had with this company. Not only was the initial problem with my computer fixed but they went above and beyond. I appreciate that they were happy to answer all the hundreds of questions I had :) and I REALLY appreciate that this didn't break the bank! They told me what was wrong with my computer for free whereas other places I had called said I'd be charged for a diagnosis and then again if I wanted them to fix it - that's just way more money than a poor college student can afford! Anyway, great service, great prices - I recommend AZ Computer Guru to everyone.
