Needed an Intl driving permit. Called the office, got the info, stopped by and was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

I attended a meeting 8/28 at Tucson East to pick up final plane seating assignments for trip to Ireland.



We were told our Irish guide's name was Michael--no surname or email.

Other travel agencies arrange for in-country guides to contact US!



Michael will give us information on things to see and do in Ireland, THE DAY WE GET THERE BUT PEOPLE NEED TO PLAN AHEAD.



It would have been nice to receive a list of other travelers' names and home cities. Some agencies include this list in final papers.

I forgot to ask if such a list is even available. My fault!



On the bright side, I learned helpful tios .........from other travelers.

The staff are always pleasant and very helpful. I have never been disappointed with the service I've received from the AAA Travel Agency.

Sorry, but I was not very satisfied with the AAA travel agency. Having worked 20+ years in resorts with 4 & 5 Diamond AAA ratings - having been trained by AAA on how to give such 5 Diamond Service, my experience was disappointing to say the least. Our travel agent did very little to assist us in getting the best prices on booking arrangements & transportation needs - I could have done better myself on-line - in which I did so, obtaining our own amenities & transportation at half the cost our agent quoted us. I feel that service was lost on our agent's part - I guess I expected more of a 5 Diamond quality & type of service, which we did not receive. Having been an Independent Travel Agent, it was required & expected of me to provide expert, knowledgeable service in all arrangements & aspects of Traveling, Hospitality, and Concierge services. I did not receive such from AAA Travel. I've been a member of AAA well over 10+ years and I have always had good service, so I thought I would receive the same from AAA Travel, unfortunately that was not the case. I see no incentive for us to use a AAA Travel Agency again in the near future.

We recently moved from living 40+ years in CA and had a 45 year membership with AAA there. Upon calling the AAA office we received immediate attention, the rep was super friendlyrics and prefessional. She managed to get our membership continued herein AZ and took care of all the little details such as making sure the towing would cover our horse trailer ect. I would recommend this office to anyone we were very pleased with the staff.

I went to the AAA Tucson East Office to see about getting more discounts on current automobile policy. I spoke to Tawnya and told me since I have Smart Trek there is a good chance I could get up to 30% off discount on my renewal Automobile policy for 2015. Tanya, told to me once I receive the Smart Trek renewal to contact her via email about a discount was a applied to my automobile policy. Overall, Tawnya was very helpful in providing me about how can get a discount on automobile policy for 2015. Great job.
