ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
I had been Looking for a car for almost 2 months. After being lied to and even cussed out, I came upon Richard's dealership. Not only were they flexible and honest, Richard and his son Eric are truly passionate on what they do. When I got there to see the car, I wasn't pressured by Eric. The add said the car was in excellent condition, but to be fair an honest, the car was beyond that. Not only had they replaced the necessary maintenance items, but replaced some cosmetical items that gave the car that, "new car" feeling. I have already recommended them to 2 people and it's only been 3 days since I bought the car. Yes, their cars will be priced at or above market value, but you know you'll have a vehicle ready to get in and drive across country.

Richard was very agreeable and reasonable. The car I bought from them is a cream puff for its age and type of car. One of my best experiences in buying a car from a dealer.

Spoke with Richard about buying a car from him.After a couple of phone calls we came to an agreement on price.He said the car was mine and he would call and set up meet time.made hotel reservations and waited for call.After not hearing from him I called and no answer, so i sent a text.He then informed me he had sold the car that morning.knowing all day I had a six hour drive,No phone call.So after the big spill of a 42 year professional sales in autos,he was right he was a pro.Shame on me for not checking on this place deeper.After reading the other reviews on richard and co. it may have worked out for me anyway.HAPPY BIRTHDAY

WORST EXPERIENCE of my LIFE! Richard is 100% a complete scam artist. I bought my 2004 Volkswagon Beetle from him $4,000 dollars over the Kelley Blue Book Price. He claimed to have check it out and made sure everything was ok on the car and now it is 1 1/2 months and my car has fell to CRAP! I took it volkswagon because my cars gas pedal literally stopped working on the highway ! The car just came to a complete stop. Volkswagon listed so many things wrong with the car. Wire shorts in my door on the drivers side , a BROKEN transmission body value $1800 to fix, a oil leak, and many other things! A total of $2,412.00 worth of things I have to fix, when I tried to call him he pretty much blamed it on me saying when he sold it to me he couldn't promise me it would work forever. Its been less than two months! Save yourself from this scam, Richard is the WORST business man and only cares about getting your money not what he's selling you.

This has to be the worst dealership I've ever seen. Their prices are unbelievably high (just check the Kelley Blue Book values on every one of their cars). They will flat out refuse to knock off even a few dollars, claiming the price is FIRM. On top of that, they slap on a dealer fee. The reason for this, they say, is that their cars are in "top notch condition". Well that's a lie! Their cars are in terrible condition with all sorts of problems! So all in all, stay away from this place. It's obvious they have ZERO business because their inventory hasn't changed in months. It's a tiny dealership that should be shut down.
