This is one of the best companies I have found to repair my appliances when I have problems with Appliance Care Assembly. The washer would not wash and of all things out of warranty. Parts were ordered and it washes better than ever. Thanks for making my day.

This is literally the WORST repair company in Atlanta and American Home Shield should NEVER allow them to service anyone if they value their customers! The entire staff, including owner James Blair, is inept , unskilled and unprofessional. They do not complete accurate diagnosis on appliances and orders part after part until they can figure it out! After technician number 3, my dryer is still not repaired and James continues to give us runaround even after two personal visits. His ridiculously rude secretary Antionette or Anjanette, whatever her name is, is just as inept. When I called to get the name of the owner, before I discovered that it was James Blair, through an online search, to make a higher complaint, she refused to disclose that James Blair was the owner. The absentee owner!

Three technicians later ( the first one didn't even take the dryer apart) before his diagnosis and ordered a part... Now my dryer is dismantled and still not working. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The worst service ever! I am still trying to get my washing machine serviced. My service order was dispatched on 4/22/2016. It is now 6/24/2016, two months later and the repair man still has not made the repairs. They keep ordering part after part but are unable to complete the job. Too, they don't show up when they say and American Home Shield doesn't seem to know what to do. Now I am calling the better business bureau on both the companies! I am determined to get some sort of satisfaction from this ordeal.

The worst company of all time! I don't know how they are in business. The lady who answers the phone is the most rude person I have ever talked to. Does not know anything about her job. Can not do the simplest of task like call you back and say we would be able to make it today. I would not trust this company to repair my toothbrush let alone my washer machine!

The absolute worst experience I have had with a company. When my oven quit working my American Home Shield dispatched this company. It took 2 weeks for the appliance man to show up. Once he showed up he touched the oven and asked what was wrong. I repeated the same thing I told him 2 weeks ago when the order was placed and he ordered the part. Fast forward another 2 weeks for the part and 1 no show appointment he returns with a part that doesn't fix my oven. He once again taps the oven and eloquently states " well maybe it's the control panel". Fast forward another 3 weeks...going into month 2 from my original work order and he shows up. Mind you this was after another no show... Because he doesn't work after 6 even though his dispatch person at the office made the appointment.

Well hooray..the oven stayed hot and stopped shutting off... But wait for it .... Now the oven fan doesn't work. We call to ask him to come back.. And shocker... We need to create another work order for that this idiot broke.

Bravo Appliance Care. You have terrible customer service and employ absolute idiots. Stay away from this terrible company.. They will leave your house worse then they found it

Poor Customer Service

When our 3 year old dishwasher stopped working, our home service arranged to have Appliance Care come to make the repair. The repairman said that the pump on our dishwasher needed to be replaced and it would take 4-7 days for the new part to come in.

THREE WEEKS LATER, on Monday, I called them to see what was taking so long. The girl who answered the phone said that they still had not received the part because their vendor did not have the part and they had to get it directly from the maker. I asked why they had not notified us of the delay and she told me that they only call to schedule visits. When asked when they expected to receive the part, she said she would ask the parts manager and call me back before she left for the day. SHE NEVER CALLED.

On Tuesday morning, I called back and she told me that she expected the part to arrive that day and she would call later that afternoon to schedule the follow-up visit. SHE NEVER CALLED.

On Wednesday morning, she seemed very irritated that I was calling again and said that the part still was not received and she had already told me that the delay was because the part was coming directly from the maker. I asked to speak with the parts manager, but was told that he was not in. She said that she would have him call me that afternoon. HE NEVER CALLED.

On Thursday morning, I had my husband call. He did speak with the parts manager who told him that he was going to pick up the part that day. He said that they would be calling back that afternoon to schedule the follow-up visit, but NO ONE CALLED. I called back later that afternoon to see if they actually did receive the part and someone other than the original girl answered. I asked to speak with the parts manager and the response was, "Yea." I received the same response when I asked if the person I was speaking with was the parts manager and then again if the part had been obtained. When I asked if they intended to call to schedule the follow-up visit, I was told they'd be there tomorrow. He seemed upset that I expected to have a specific window for when to expect them.

On Friday morning, the original girl called to say that the repairman would be there that afternoon. (For those of us who work, last minute notification is not helpful.) Fortunately, since we did find out on Thursday, we were able to have someone at the house. The repairman did show up during the window we had agreed upon and completed the repair.

Of the entire experience, the repairman was the only one who behaved professionally. The people in the office were rude and inconsiderate. While I understand that situations occur that cause delays in repairs, I also expect some level of politeness and when I'm told I will receive a call back, I expect a call back! It seems pretty coincidental that on the day that my husband called, they finally did something about getting the part. I would not recommend them to anyone!!
