Mastercraft Heating & Cooling

Extremely rude on phone. Told him I had gutted this house & right now, this was the only shower working. Told him in this bath, there is a separate tub but it's not connected yet I was storing boxes in it during construction. Told him I would be out of town for four days. he said he thought they could get right on it, he'd call his brother & call me right back. We never heard back from him. Next day I called him back and he said "oh yeah, we can come Thursday". Told him that as I said yesterday, I'll be out of town then. He tried to schedule it 3 different times for Thursday. When I kept saying no to Thursday, he said "maybe you should take those boxes out of that tub & use it. (The one that's not connected???). Then he told me if I didn't want to do it Thursday, I could just call my insurance company back. If I have to go to a technical school to learn plumbing, I would do that before ever calling these people again.

I def recommend this company over any in the area they are professional responded fast fixed the air & the price is very reasonable!! I highly recommend for great customer service!!:)

Mastercraft Heating & Cooling exceeded my expectations. They were very quick to return my call when our air went out in early June. The guy was very courteous on the phone and setup a time to service our air that afternoon. And the best part was that he was on time as promised. He was well-mannered and worked very quickly. He even called us the next day to make sure everything was working ok. I highly recommend Mastercraft Heating & Cooling.

In May of this year on a Saturday afternoon my AC quit working properly. I googled HVAC services and called about 4 places. Mastercraft was the first to call me back in less than an hour. They sent someone out immediately and my air was fixed before my daughter and I went to bed. The technician was very pleasant and the job was done in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. I received a call back from two of the other places I had called the next day. I was happy to tell them my problem had already been addressed and fixed the night before by Mastercraft Heating and Cooling. Needless to say, they are now stored in my phone for any future problems.
