        Took vehicle in for starting issues, when picking up they had a trailer parked behind it with no one available to move it. There was just enough room to manage getting it out. Then returned two weeks later for same issue. They had the vehicle for two weeks before finally telling me they could not figure out what is wrong. It will not start and needs to be towed to a dealer. I advised them to give me the keys and I will start it and drive it to dealership which I did. They have very poor trouble shooting skills and no professionalism.
