Absolute idiots. First, they keep getting my name wrong. After confirming appointments they seem to have some reason for not being able to show. When they finally showed, the rude jerk didn't introduce himself, and said it wasn't worth their time to do the project, even though I explained to them ahead of time what I wanted to do. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with a company that has rude employees that can't communicate with each other.

We couldn't say enough good things about this company. They came in after a botched insurance job from F.Lax Construction. They went above and beyond and great price. We love the finished house. I have never cried so much from the headache of F.lax, i was scared to trust another contractor. They proved not all contractors are bad. Thank you so much.

Long story short, our simple drywall and floor project lasted from June 11 to October 20 and we are still not happy.



We were busy remodeling our living room and requested a quote from YES for hardwood floor installation. While they were there they offered to finish the drywall we were working on. We liked the quotes so we agreed to have them finish the work. Then our problems began.



After some unsatisfactory work from the first drywall installer, I called the manager we worked with from the beginning and explained my concerns. The drywall installer had neglected to cover the brand new hardwood floors and mud and drywall dust seeped into the cracks looking like white stripes between the planks. He also scratched and dented several areas of the floor. He agreed to come out and see it. He gave me a date and time to come but never showed. I called him made another appointment and again he didn't show. I can think of at least 4 times he said he would come but never showed up or called to say he wasn't coming. I had to call him ABOUT EVERYTHING. His communication was horrible. It seemed after he received payment he stopped caring about our project. After calling him everyday for over a week he gave me the number of another contractor and I had to call him myself. This installer did a great job and brought a professional cleaner to clean the floor, they look better but still have noticeable stripes.



The manager never called me to confirm when he should schedule to fix the hardwood floor. I again had to call him, I asked if they could come during the week but he insisted they were too busy it would have to be a Saturday. He gave me the date and time to come on a Saturday 2 weeks in advance and he never showed up or called. I called him and he called me back assuring me they would be there within an hour. One and a half hours later he called again asking if they could come tomorrow (a Sunday) and was an hour late for that appointment as well. He fixed some of the problems and quickly told my fiancé he was leaving and didn't give us an opportunity to look at the floors with him to make sure we were completely satisfied. He missed several scratches and gaps in the floor.



All in all I would NOT recommend this company to anyone I know and we will NEVER use their services again. I was happy they tried to fix the problems at no charge and the walls now look fine but working with this particular manager has been awful. Multiple no show appointments with no phone call and then I had to call HIM the next day to see where he was. I also felt that our project should have been top priority and it clearly wasn't to him as I had to call him so many times and it took him so many weeks to finally come out and fix the problems.



Oh and my floors still look horrible, the manager missed some cracks and scratches and they still have drywall dust between the cracks. It does not look like they were professionally installed and I'm embarrassed to say how much we spent. Save your time and save your money and do not use YES.
