When scheduling, allow an hour for each treatment. A typical session includes manual work to align your body and therapeutic exercise to maintain that alignment. As humans are designed to be symmetrical, fixing imbalances will help reduce and control your pain. Modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, or heat may or may not be used to improve your symptoms based on clinical judgement of appropriateness.
