Modify Loan Experts

This company was being investigated for fraud. Received a call from the FBI regarding are case that was sent to the attorney generals office. We lost our house because of Renee Abro who sat on our paperwork and did nothing but take our money. They have changed names and locations of this "business" but its the same people and the same scam. BEWARE

The company comes across as a law firm but you never speak with a lawyer. Our process started in almost six months ago, we where told at the start the process would take about three months, we have nothing to show for our money approximently $3800.00 except for damaged credit. Yesterday I spoke with Fahd Hague at the Troy office, which by the way is moving, Mr Hague would not tell me where they are moving or when, his quote was "To Be Determined". Mr. Hague as is the case with all employees at LME would not give me one staight answer to my request when we would see some progress or my request for a refund.

This company was unable to do a modify for us and after nearly half a year later they have not returned our substanial down payment as stated in their contract. The person we were working with neither answers our calls nor returns them. They offer life changing modifications with NO follow through.

I recently jumped on the bandwagon of getting a loan modification on my home. I was called by someone that told me that I could get it done for free with Modify Loan Experts. LIE



I was then called by a different person and was told that I qualified for a 2% interest rate for the remainder of the term of my loan. Sounds too good to be true...right? It is!



I was basically lied to for three months. I had money taken out of my bank accounts during times I did not agree to. This put my bank account in the hole over $2,000. When I asked for the money to be put back into my account, I was told it would be within 24 to 48 hours. It wasn't. It took over three weeks to get that money refunded and I also never received any compensation for the overdraft fees that I incurred. Surprise Surprise.



Wondering why also this company has so many names, Modify Loan Experts, Modify Loan Experts, LLC, Reviva Group, MLE Law Group. Makes you really wonder who is running the show and what they are really doing with all the money they weasel people out of.

This company is pretty amazing they got my mortgage payment down from $2162 a month to $1417. Definitely worth giving these guys a call!
