I do not recommend Dr. Gallagher. My father was under his care while in the ICU at William Beaumont Royal Oak Hospital. Imagine getting a call one Sunday morning that your father is in heart failure, rushing to the hospital being asked to make split second decisions and wanting to ask a few questions to be able to make those decisions only to be told by Dr Gallagher ' I am not going to explain Cardiology 101 to you'. I wouldnt wish this doctor on my worse enemy.
