Elder Ford

When I took it for a test drive I got shocked by the radio and blew it out. They replaced it with a less quality one. When they replaced the windshield the glass guy said keep it in for a few min but they didn't listen and when my windshield leaked it messed up my wiring. Half my wiring works and the other don't and I keep losing stuff. When we asked for a report they only gave us a blank one. They refused to take it back. Now it's rusting away really bad and very quick. I always take very good care of my vehicles. Not once did they care that my vehicle is unsafe. If I drive for long distances u can smell the wiring burning. Don't ever go there for you and your families safety.
