I had Comfort Plus out to give me an estimate for repairing my air conditioner. After charging me $100 for a half hour of dissembling and reassembling my compressor to investigate the problem ($65 of which was invoiced as "travel time"), I was told that my compressor needed to be replaced at a cost of $1200. I sought a second opinion, who after doing the same dissembly, informed me that the problem was in reality a terminal on the compressor, which costs $500 to replace. Had I not sought the second opinion, Comfort Plus would have charged me an extra $700 to replace the whole compressor when only the terminal was bad. The guy who ended up doing the work for me informed me that anyone who dissembled the compressor to the extent Comfort Plus did and didn't notice that the problem was the terminal was either not competent or trying to rip me off. Don't know which it was, but I would not go with this company again.

Chris, the owner, and his crew were courteous, fast, and professional. We felt the pricing was reasonable for what we had done (A/C repainr and thermostat install). They were here on time and completed the work quickly. They respected our home by wearing coverings over their work boots while in the house. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

A few years back I needed to replace my 35 year old furnace, and add a new Central Air system to the house. I had a few A/C contractors provide quotes, and decided to go with Comfort Plus. They were not the most expensive, nor were they cheapest. The one thing that their did include that set them apart from the other A/C contractors was a personal guarantee of their workmanship! This, of course, was in addition the manufacturers' warranty for the individual parts.



After speaking personally with Chris and Mike at Comfort Plus, I hired them to do the job. They arrived at my home @ 9am (right on time, no delays or excuses) and put in a 10 hour day. By 7pm that evening, the system was up and running perfectly! Their workmanship was outstanding, and far exceeded my expectations!



By 8 pm that evening, you would never know that a contractor was at my home ... unlike most contractors, these guys actually clean up after themselves.



Would I hire them again? Absolutely !!!

Comfort Plus installed a new furnace and air conditioner and my family and I have been comfortable ever since.They arrived when scheduled,did everything they promised and all at a great price. I have recommended them to serveral friends and family members always with great results.

Recently my husband and I had Comfort Plus replace our furnace, central air and hot water heater and we were well satisfied with both their price and quality of work.



The price was fair and the workers were polite and did an excelent job.

Company did an outstanding job and their price was fair. The employees showed up on time, performed the replacement of our furnace, hot water heater and central air conditioner within the time promised. Once finished they cleaned up as if it was their own house and removed all of the old equipment.



Two weeks later they called to make sure everything was working ok.

Comfort plus did a great job. They installed all duct and 2 furnaces with A/C in my house. System works great and very happy with the job and performance. They were easy to get along with and understanding on some changes made during install. They were neat and focus on the job. I have no complaints and have referred them to other people for hvac work. They are very concerned about the quality of there work while still being fast and efficient .They even took the time to put down drop clothes and boot covers on there boots and parked in the street.
