        Overall

        I can't begin to describe how great an experience it has been working with Citywide. From start to finish, dealing with Citywide for our smoke damage insurance claim has been red carpet. The owner and employees went above and beyond in every way imaginable. They took a frustrating and inconvenient situation and made us feel like royalty. They helped walk us through the entire process, step by step, stayed in contact with us daily, and made a bad situation a lot better. Thank you, to Brett, Chris and the rest of the team. You guys are tops!
