Leonard & Associates

Read the extremely negative review and felt need to counter. Strongly suspect there is another side to that reviewer's story.

My experience has been positive. My business gives me an opportunity to review Trusts prepared by attorneys and I have seen well over 250+. The Trust prepared by Leonard & Associates is by far the most thorough and professional I have ever reviewed. Too often it seems like the Attorney has just gathered data and then let a paralegal fill in the blanks on a trust boiler plate program. The Leonard prepared trust was obviously well researched , understandable, yet not at a third grade level, detailed and thorough. My client definitely received a 5 star document.

Go look elsewhere! This guy is a complete joke and not in a funny way. I chose Leonard & Associates because he was a local, that turned out to be a bad move. Let me start out by saying this is the first time I've taken the time to write a Bad review for any business. Have I experienced bad service before? Well of course I have, but I also understand that from time to time, any company is going to drop the ball here and there. What happened to me with this guy, there are NO EXCUSES WHAT SO EVER!!! Looking to file my company's taxes, ( 1st year in business) and not sure what to do, we counted on this guy to get the job done and had faith he would do it, boy was I wrong. There were 3 to 4 weeks of him needing more info to file, after that we assumed everything was put together and I handed it to him 4-14-14. 2 weeks passed and I started calling trying reach him about my taxes, it took several phone calls before I got a response. He finally responded, saying he filed a extension and we have till October. ( That's understandable ) Called the guy about 5 to 6 weeks after that to find out how much longer, again it took several phone call before I got a response. Long story- short, taxes were still Not done. I was still willing to give him more time: July, August September and still no word! I started calling again and guess what!!! you got it!!! Several phone call before I got a response. (Note) Going to office doesn't help because he will not answer the door and it's locked. After 3 calls in last 2 weeks and my last call made about 8 days ago. I left a message saying if don't have the time to do this please mail me back my folder so I can get taxes done, about 8 day later and still no folder. So today is the day I'm going to find out what is going on? I went to the office and he was there, but wouldn't answer his door. I decided to sit in my truck next his SUV AND WAIT TILL THIS LITTLE WORM POPPED HIS HEAD OUT AND HE DID JUST THAT!!! All I wanted was my file and his response was, he doesn't have it or he doesn't know where it is, or he may have mailed it. Needless to say this was 6 months of extremely poor service in every way, Don't waste your money or time at this business!!!!!!
