Trinity Exchange Luxury Apartments

We have loved living here. We will truly miss the leasing staff and great events that they put on. Although we are sad to go since at times the staff has felt like family, we are excited that our new house is finally complete across the street at Starkey Ranch. We have always felt at home ever since we moved in 9 months ago. It was perfect we were able to get into a lease under 12 months. It’s been great to be able to keep an eye on our house during the entire construction process. All our friends that visit always says how nice our apartment is and love the hardwood floors.. We’ve enjoyed the conveniences you get with the apartment like the 24 hour fitness center, computer lab, pool and the huge dog park right next door. The location is great as my husband and I both take the veterans expressway into Tampa for work. Although we haven’t really needed maintenance they are always friendly and happy to help and answer questions we’ve had. Our builder initially recommended Trinity Exchange to us and I’m glad they did. I would highly recommended living here if you are building in the area or just want a nice place to live.

I recently toured this community and I loved it! It was so beautiful and close to a lot of different shops.

I have been living here at Trinity Exchange for a few months now and I have no complaints. The facility is always clean and I can to the office anytime for complimentary coffee which is a huge plus. The gym is 24 hrs which is great because I have a crazy work schedule. Great maintenance and office staff. I love living here!
