The only thing i have to say is ...This business is for 13 years,Is a pleasure to have salons like La Bebe Salon in our neighbor hood,where you go and get the best hair cut from the most friendly owner.Keep the good job Ms Eleni.

Aggressive and stubborn!! When I first visited this salon the hairdresser greeted me with a smile. To be fair, she seemed to be a nice lady with a good sense of humor. I took an appointment to dye my hair with bright colors. To cut the story short, I gave her a picture of ombré style I wanted. She said that another lady would do that for me because it was a long process for her to do the bleaching and coloring.So far so good. After the coloring I went back home and I realized that the ombré was not showing well and there are yellow hidden spots inside my hair. I asked some of my friends who were in this business for 15 years ago about the cause of these yellowish strains in my hair and they explained that I should return back to the lady and ask her to FIX my hair because the color is not coherent and it should be done with no extra cost because the color wasn't showing well. So when I talked to the lady in charge of the saloon she said that this is normal because the color washes away when when having a shower. Well, of course it will wash away after couple of washes but the thing is that I had THESE YELLOW spots BEFORE I WASHED IT. I went back again and fixed my hair by adding more blue to it. To my surprise, I was charged for 45 dollars when they should fix what they didn't do in the first place. Instead she became aggressive and rude. She told me that I will be taking advantage of her if I didn't pay. Then she said that she is lucky that she doesn't have customers like me and that I wasted her time. She is supposed to do it right from the beginning. It is not my fault that she didn't do it properly. She insulted me with her words and I feel sorry for her because money oriented people have nothing to offer. I have clients who wanted to loose weight and I never charged them for more when they were not satisfied. On the contrary, I apologized and tried to fix what I couldn't offer them. I was offended and I wasn't treated properly. Is this a good customer service? Is this the way a client should be treated?? I would never do this to any of my clients...
