I have NEVER been so rudely treated by someone at a food place like I was tonight, and coming from Trinidad that does not say a lot. First off, I have worked in fast food restaurants before and the number one rule is that if a customer orders something you do everything in your power to get it for them. Tonight I ordered a 20 piece chicken meal from KFC and the cashier told me I could not have it because they had no chicken. I asked her if she could make some more (being it was 6:30 I thought that was reasonable, if it would have been 9:00 p.m. I would have understood). She rolled her eyes at me went to the back and then asked if could be done, the back person said yes and she came up and told me it would be 20 minutes if I wanted it. I understood this it does take a while to make chicken. She then told me she could not take my order until the chicken was done,....this did not click until after when I realized these people are timed on orders. I said okay and went and waited. After 25 minutes and watching a total of 9 people walk away with chicken I finally got up and went to reorder. Again I was rudely greeted and then told it would be another 10 minutes until the chicken I could have chicken..unless I wanted it mixed. At my wits end I explained I do not care what kind of chicken it is I just want my order placed. For the THIRD time I was given the eye roll. My order was finally given to me 56 minutes later all thrown in a bag and half of it spilling out. I am appalled by the work ethic that exists her in Trinidad. Being a manager of a facility, I would guarantee if any of my employees ever treated my customers like this they would have been fired on the spot. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
