So if you can't do business with a baby in tow then please bring someone with you to help handle such situations. Free babysitter service or package watch is not the option here. How does a store owner know that when you want to just drop a package and run that you aren't out to hurt some people. Watch the news sometime and see what what this world is coming to. If you need a package picked up, call UPS and they will come to your house and get it for you. Prepaid labels are just that and no more. Don't expect full customer service when you aren't paying to get it. The UPS Stores are not UPS but you people that want to walk in front of everyone and just leave your prepaid labeled packages on counters and the floors and are the worst and the most rude people I have ever encountered. Customers of the USP stores find most visits pleasant and helpful and most professional. The employees nor the Owner "yells" at a customer even if they are drop offs so stop over exaggerating and whining you were treated poorly, You were rude, and by the way, you are not saving but a couple of cents by prepaid labels and you get none of the full customer service you think you are entitled to. Including a receipt...really? Your tracking # is your receipt, so print it out or write it down, you are not transacting with the store with your drop off package.

Worst customer service ever ...

Worst customer service ever and I was shocked to find out she was the owner. I also had a prepaid box to drop off but had my little one in the car and could not carry her and the 20 lbs box so I pulled to the front of the store and asked where I could set the box so I could park and come in. She bellowed from the counter I am sure you can see the line and I then asked again, I am just looking for a place to put this box so I can park and bring my daughter in. Another kind customer in the line offered to watch over it for me so I could park and come in.



Seems a better solution since this has happened before you could designate an area for the dropping for prepaid packages instead of creating yet a larger line in your store since obviously customer interaction is not a strong suit.



I will avoid this store in future.

Worst customer service ever! ,...

Worst customer service ever! , I ship a lot of boxes via UPS & I print a prepaid label from online so I wont have to wait in line for 15 min , I usually place my packages on the side at least that's what most USPS , UPS & Fedex locations ask me to do all the time, but the store owner at this location is very rude, this is my second time I have problem, one time she called me off in front of customers that I was cutting off the person by placing the box on the side , "when I place the box on the side, I leave its not like I want a receipt of I was cutting off in front of the customer, they can get to it when ever they like" but she tells me I had to wait in line when I try to argue with her and tell her most other places I put on the side & I did that before here she shouts on me in front of customers & tells me not to come back like her father owns the company. she does not know how to run a business. that lady needs to trim her affro and lose the attitude! STAY AWAY PREPAID CUSTOMERS!!!

This place is wonderful! The service was incredible and the owners took an active interest in making sure I was satisfied and my package was sent with no problems. Everything got to it's destination on time and in one piece. Let them pack your stuff for you, and take care of everything!!! They are incredible. Also used them to print off flyers, and they did a fantastic job. I cannot say enough about this place! 5 stars for sure!
