Went back to tell them about my experience here and how the wax burned my skin and she claimed the burn marks where from having "sensitive skin." If my skin was sensitive, the wax would have made it red and swollen and irritated. Although I have burn marks under my eye and on top of my eye lid (for some reason she thought I had hard all the way down to on top of my eyelid). It's been days since I got my eyebrows waxed, or should I say, my skin burned to a crisp and the marks still have not subsided. Sensitive skin being the cause would have meant that the irritation would have faded and the would be no more redness. Thanks for my free next visit Penny! Not that I'll need it because I'm never coming back. Didn't even get offered a refund for having to walk around with bright red burn marks under my eyebrows for the past few days. Thanks again. Should have known by the few costumers I see in there that this place isn't recommended by anyone.



Also, my burns that catch the attention of people (I mean who wouldn't see huge red makes on my face) is a great way to bring up how to never come to this business because there is little sympathy for the damage they caused.

Do not get your eyebrows done here. The wax was so hot and she burned my skin and made my eyebrows very thin, small, and uneven. Terrible waxing experience, I would not recommend going there because they do not seem to know the basics of waxing,

A New You Salon has a comfortable, casual atmosphere, and the Hair Stylists are friendly, talented,

and they have a lot of experience! Their prices are reasonable as well. I have been going there for 5 years,

and Penny gives me the kind of style and color that I ask for every time! You can tell she loves what she does.

Everyone there is very friendly, and I would recommend this salon to anyone!
