Cost-U-Less Insurance Center

Patty was super nice and friendly, she did an amazing job on getting the best price on my car insurance !! Super happy with and content with the service provided !!!

We went to this insurance office to acquire insurance for a new vehicle. After securing insurance we found out that my husband had gone and already taken out a policy ( I know) So we went back and let Cost U Less know about this and asked if we could cancel this transaction. We had written them 2 checks for the down payment, each approx $250. The kid David who helped us said he didn't have to since we had signed a 12 month contract...WHAT? We were unaware it was a 12 month contract and of course were very upset. Then David said he couldn't do anything about the 1st check, but then shredded the 2nd check assuring us they would not put it through. So we of course were not extremely happy with this as we had spent $250 on coverage we already had, but at least we stopped the 2nd check from going through. Then,today, about 3 weeks later I log on to my bank account and there is an electronic payment taken out from Cost U Less!!! They went ahead and sent that payment through after assuring us it wouldn't. As a result we are going to have numerous fees etc. while I await the outcome of a fraudulent charge inquiry. So please beware of this company, they say one thing and do another.
