I had a pretty bad experience with them. I took my wife who had a sore throat and swollen tonsils. Ms April advised us very firstly that with the self pay you have to pay for any lab or for any kind of test and medicine but we have right not to do also. We were asked if to do strip(strep) test. I asked how much. Mr April told us $35 and we agree to do that. But when we come to the front counter to pay the bill Ms Tiana charged us $60. I said to her what Ms April told us and what she was charging because we should have done that for the minor sore throat for $60. I felt like we are betrayed. She gave me a number to billing department. I have calling to them everyday but everytime it goes to the voice mail . Even I left my number and information so that they could contact me, but I never got call. I think I should go to the better business bureau.
