Call Management Systems

This company is an answering service for our doctors office and they are so cavalier that they think they should determine whether our doctor should be called, I hope you never have to use them because you put your life in jeopardy if you have an emergency ! My wife had severe abdominal pain that had gotten increasingly worse over the weekend. She called the answering service and a man, at least he claimed to be one, although I would not be certain, started asking her questions about her condition stating that he was "HIPA" qualified. when we wouldn't answer his questions, he told her to call back at 9am when the office would be open. What a piece of work...We she insisted he contact the doctor he hung up on her. She called back in excrutiating pain and screamed at this spineless little twit, (only has ba lls on the phone) he hung up on her. I called in and everyone there is evasive and would not tell who the owner is or what their address was. It must be terrible to be a minimum wage misfit and be so afraid or miserable in your job that you can't be human. What a cast of characters or should I say clowns this place has. I didn't speak to a single person there that sounded like they were connected to the real world.
