David's Bridal

Delsia and the rest of the staff at this location are miracle workers. I went in for my first alterations for a dress from a different David's Bridal. When I picked up my dress from the other location I was told the dress needed to be let out but their seamstress didn't agree. I scheduled alterations at the Totowa store because I got nervous with what the other location was saying. It turned out I needed a completely different size. Delsia found me a dress I loved even more and helped take all of my worries away. I cannot express how thankful I am for the ladies who helped me today.

I know that David's Bridal asks for you to make an appointment, but I was a jerk and did a "pop in". I was lucky enough to get Maria M. She was amazing! She was a great listener and got me exactly what I wanted, even though what I ended up getting was not what I envisioned... (in other words, try on what you don't think you'd like LOL)

I initially went to try on a style because I 100% thought I was going to buy online. I instead fell in LOVE with a dress well within my price range and then when I paid for it, it was EVEN CHEAPER!

After meeting with Sarah for my sister's appointment and having a wonderful experience and meeting with Maria for mine, I would recommend David's to EVERYONE! Don't let someone talk you out of it because of a few lousy reviews.... Ask for Maria M or Sarah and you WON'T be disappointed!!!!! :)

This is place is a joke from hell

Do yourself a favor and keep driving!!! This is the WORST Davids Bridal I have ever experienced. I am amazed that this particular location hasnt been closed down. Every single thing they did from the very beginning has been wrong.. If I try to get into detail this reveiw will be 3 pages long. Do yourself a favor I am a very easy going person and i do not complain alot but this place is a disaster. Not to mention the alteration team is a complete JOKE. My dress has been altered 4 times now and still isnt right and every single time I go there is someone else complaining about how they didnt do something right. Trust me I WISH i wouldve read reviews before i wasted alot of time and money on this dump. The only reason i am even giving it one star is because I have too in order to post this review!!!

This was the most unfortunate experience I've ever had in retail. For my sister's wedding we had 4 bridesmaids. The girl who helped us find our dresses was nice enough, but when the dresses came in 3 out of the 4 were either the wrong size or the complete wrong dress! We all had to reorder, when I voiced that it was a little unfair and ridiculous for us to have to wait another 6 weeks for our dress the girl replied, "The wedding isn't until July". Regardless of when the wedding was, why wasn't I given at least a small apology. Her reaction just read to me that it happens all the time. When I FINALLY got the right dress in the right size it was so wrinkled it looked as if it was in a ball for months. When I explained to the manager my displeasure in the service she told me there was nothing she could do. She never apologized.



The girls working at this store are all inexperienced part-timers who are only in it to make a paycheck. They couldn't care less about your special day. I don't think this is a David's Bridal problem at all it's a problem with the workers at this location. DO NOT GO HERE. Travel as far as you have to to visit a different location.
