Established in 1952, Coast/Advanced Chip Magnetics provides high-reliability magnetics for missile systems, radar systems, general avionics, communications and satellite systems. It offers a wide range of services, such as low-vacuum and high-pressure potting, transfer molding, encapsulation, soldering, welding, housing fabrication and wire stripping. Based in Torrance, Calif., the company offers products, such as transformers, inductors, power magnetics and custom magnetics. It supports a wide variety of mechanical packaging options all designed using our customized CAD/CAM software. An ISO:9001 certified firm, the company s client list includes Boeing, DSCC, EMS Technologies, Honeywell, JPL (Jet Propulsion Laboratory), Raytheon and TRW.
