Awful! I ordered two windows from them. On one they added tint without asking me then tried to charge me for it. They told me the window would be in a week later. It wasnt. After calling ever 5 days or so I kept getting told "next week" to which it wasn't ready. Finally 4 weeks later we got our windows. They don't return calls when they say they will. The receptionist can't answer any questions either, she always has to ask someone then "call you back"- which never happens. I will never do business with them again! Such a waste of time and money with terrible service!
Kinda sad, was really hoping to go through this company to custom make something for my home. Would have been a huge chunk of money in their pocket. I called them, they said they would call me back in a few days. Two weeks later nothing. Called again and said the same thing. Still nothing two weeks later. Guess they don't want my business. :( I was trying to support a local company.
The receptionist who answers the phone is mind boggling. She has literally no clue where she is, what her purpose is at that company, and all she does is answer the phone. She is the first point of contact for anyone who is looking to business with Phil and I can imagine how much business Phil has lost because of her. I will never do business with this company again, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs.

Provided by DexKnowsThe receptionist was very friendly and informative, they were able to come out the same day to get measurements and had the glass delivered when they said they would. The guy that game to replace the glass (Bret or Brent) was so fast and efficient, he even worked around my daughters Malibu Barbie dream house. Super friendly and patient , having three little kids constantly asking him a million questions.

Provided by DexKnowsI went 3 times to Phill's shop trying to get my windows replace in my sun-room. They even gave me a quote for the job and a date when they were going to perform the instalation...3 times...never have news again...never call me back or answer my phone calls...so if you want a job done...go somewhere else...

Provided by SuperpagesI've been told numurous times they would call me back, have the ever called me back NOPE customer service these days are unbelievable! Dont show up at my door expecting me to take the product you never called me back on when you said you would, I'm going somewhere else, thus has happened more than once and more than twice, 3rd time you just struck out with my wallet is will never see that store again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
