        Call center is terrible and not helpful at all. I called today to make an appointment for a sick visit and was told he has nothing available until November (today is October 17th). When I asked about the availability, the call center said, "There are no appointments, he's booked. He's overbooked." So if you're sick/not feeling well/having some sort of issue, you can't get in to see your doctor. Great way to run an office and provide a real service to your patients.
