Cleaning And Restoration Pros LLC

Add me to the list of homeowners disappointed by Cleaning and Restoration Pros (Amateurs?). Same problem as noted by others - purchased a voucher via Amazon Local and scheduled a power-washing service date. However no one called to confirm as had been promised and when I called to ask about it they said they didn't have me on the schedule. They rescheduled me for the following week, but the result was the same: no call to confirm, and no one showed up. I called and asked to speak with a manager, but none was available (according to the woman on the phone), but she promised someone would call me back later that day or the next morning. Nope! (Fortunately, I did receive a refund from Amazon Local, but still - horrible customer service at Cleaning and Restoration "Pros.")

Same issue as the other reviews - purchased a voucher and scheduled a service with the Cleaning and Restoration Pros LLC rep on the phone. She indicated that someone would call the day before the service. No phone call and no one showed up on the scheduled date. Now no one seems to answer their phone - calls go to voice mail and no return calls. Another odd thing is that the automated "welcome" on the phone sounds very professional, but the rep I spoke with sounded totally out of it. Who ARE these people?!?!

Beware when buying voucher. Hard to get appt scheduled and when they give you an appt they don't show up. Unable to reach them by phone as voice mails ones on and they do not return calls. Very poor communication total waste of my timea day missed work

Had an appointment scheduled and confirmed, and they never called or showed up. Total waste of our time.
