Taking my vehicle to Wymer was and continues to be one of the biggest mistakes of my life. He quoted a price that I was happy about which was why I chose him to do the work but in 3 yes THREE months after he finally finished the work he told me to come pick up the vehicle but the cost had jumped up by over 2 GRAND!!! Not once did he communicate that he needed to do anything extra that was going to make the cost go up. Needless to say I will never take even a lawn mower to this man again. He will scam you and laugh about it all the way to the bank....

I don't know what the previous users are going on about. There is no discrimination at this shop, and they are glad to answer your questions, but you have to keep in mind this place is busy and their day can become stressful. Try talking to them in person instead of over the phone. Great service, with fair prices. Would recommend to a friend.

Rude, no help. Poor customer service. Didn't offer any help at all for a stranded truck, if your looking for good customer service try Froggs up the road,

Went in for inspection, never greeted or asked if I had been helped. Also given a run around on my inspection, and was failed for something that is not even on the Virginia state inspection check list. I feel I may have been discriminated against, as I had a religious emblem hanging from my rear view mirror, while other people who has their catholic crosses hanging were treated promptly, and courteously. The only nice worker there was a young man with blonde hair.

Don't go to Wymer's. Discovered negligence and missed problems once another mechanic looked at the car. Did not take responsibility for problems caused.

You want great service on your car with friendly people... this is where you need to go!
