        Overall

        If you have a defective unit, they will make it impossible to return it. It was very cold here and even though I met all returns criteria, once they received the unit, they blamed me for the defects. A sticky substance was on unit when contractor took it fresh out of shipping box. They are insisting I put that on the unit. Don't buy anything here! It's misery.
