I called an attorney to get info on the trans-vaginal mesh lawsuit, this "company" called me saying they worked for the attorney. I was already having second thoughts about the mesh lawsuit as it was, this sad money hungry company called me every single day for months trying to get me to sign up. I told them i no longer wanted to participate but they proceeded to call me anyway. They are not on the better business bureau website and the only review i found for them is bad!! The company website is a joke and so is this company i checked my voice-mails today and i had 10 messages from "The Cromwell Group" the only reason there wasn't more is because my inbox was fool. Don't waste your time with them and if yo want to do business with be careful i wouldn't waste a dime or my time.

At the start I was hopefully, because they claimed to be a business that provides services for attornerys as well as process servers. So I thought they were knowledgeable about process servcing. Paid the $90 fee for 3 attempts and sent documents via fax. A week later they told me everything was handled and they would mail me the proof of service to submit to court. A week goes by and still nothing in the mail. I call again and they said they were resending another copy. Never received the 1st or 2nd mailed documents, so once again I call and they say they will email me the documents this time. Needless to say days later, I'm still waiting. Come on how long does it take to send and receive an email! Several calls made to their office and messages and no return call. At this point they don't even answer their phone. If I don't receive my documents in the next 2 days I will have to postpone my court date.

This business has one of the most unprofessional service I've EVER received.
