Just wanted to give a big thank you to Marcos on Monroe St, in Toledo Ohio. I had a baptism party planned for my grandson last Sunday. I had placed an order for this party at least 7 days before. I receive a call from Jeff ( who ever the hell he is) sat. the day before my party at 3:56 saying that he could not fill my order in time. Now had he called me 3 or 2 days before I would of been fine with this. He called me in less than 24 hours to tell me he was opening late Sunday for fathers day. Oh, but he was very sorry. I have had Marcos doing all my parties in the past. NEVER AGAIN. I went to Vito's down the street and explained to them what had happened. Vito's filled my order and apologized for Marcos being such a bad business. The party went great and the pizza was delicious. GUESS WHO HAS MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS, THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THERE CUSTUMERS. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN COMPANYS GET TO BIG. tHEY NO LONGER CARE!!!!!!!! YOU DON"T EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR !!!!!!!!!!!
