General Auto Recycling

General Auto Recycling and it's management will do anything they have to ! NOT honor their warranty!!!! I ordered an engine from them that had a hole worn where the timing chain hit the cover and all the guides were broken inside the engine. Shane was the person at general that handled it and tried to say that the pictures we sent of the engine was not the engine they shipped. He accused us of switching engines or breaking it ourselves. We did all this for $700.00! We bought another engine from a REPUTABLE COMPANY and our customer drove away and was very satisfied. We still have Generals Engine on a pallet waiting for them to pick it up and get a credit. Not going to happen. It has been 3 months.
